We drafted a pre-approved HTML email that you can send to your clients using your own email system, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc. Note: This email cannot be sent from an email client such as Outlook or Gmail, only through email service providers.
To customize this email, you’ll need to find and replace any codes that are surrounded with [-CODE-]. For example, the greeting of the email reads, “Dear [-ClientFirstName-]”. This will need to be replaced with the personalization snippets of your own email service provider. These fields have been highlighted in the PDF below. For assistance, contact your email service provider directly.
The following fields will need to be updated for your own email:

- Get a Quote Link – the URL like for the large blue button should point to your own website.
