Hello. Welcome to Arch APEX.
In this video, we’ll guide you through the client experience and show you how one of your clients can purchase an individual supplemental health product from you online.
This is the type of a page that you can send directly to your clients. It is for a specific plan configuration that you decided prior to sending. This page provides detailed information on the plan selected, but can also be used to access information on other plans, claims, and full descriptions of coverage.
Your co-branded logo appears here, ensuring your clients recognize your agency’s endorsement. If your clients have questions or need assistance, they can call our toll-free number, conveniently located at the top left corner, to speak directly with our customer service agents.
Clients can initiate the quote process by entering their state of residence and desired coverage start date. They will also need to determine who’s going to be covered. For this example, we’ll do full family coverage.
Enter the ages of the family members. For instance, 42 for one parent, 40 for the other parent, and 15 and 12 for the kids. Remember, we only need ages at this point.
Next, your client will answer a couple of screening questions. The first is to confirm that this is supplemental health insurance and does not replace major medical coverage. Your clients must have major medical coverage in place to purchase this policy. Select yes to proceed.
Second, ensure all members are US residents according to the definition provided. If your client selects no to either question, they will be unable to create a quote.
On this page, your clients will see their quote number, plan name, and price. They can also adjust the coverage limits and deductibles using the drop-downs, and the price will update in real-time. Using this, your clients can tailor the plan to fit their needs. If they are satisfied with the quote but don’t want to buy yet, they can email it to themselves. They’ll receive an email with all the quote details, information about Arch, and the selected plan, and a link to complete purchase.
If they choose to proceed, the next step is to enter the insured’s information, names and dates of birth. If they need to make corrections, it’s easy. For instance, updating a birthday will automatically adjust the age and the pricing if needed. They can also email the quote from this page.
If they are ready to continue, the next page allows your client to review all details for accuracy. When they agree to the terms and conditions, they will then set up the monthly billing process.
On this page, your client will see their policy number, effective and expiration dates, and their monthly payment. They can set up recurring payments using various methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, e-check, and more options coming soon.
Upon completion, your client will be taken to the Confirmation page. They will have 10 days to review and cancel the policy if needed, provided no claims have been made. Your client can also download the policy and application. This information will be e-mailed to them, too. The e-mail will contain additional details on how to manage claims with Arch Insurance.
