Concert Plans Canceled
by Accidental Fall
For months, Jordan had saved up to purchase tickets to the sold-out farewell tour of her favorite rock band. The tickets were non-refundable, and the event’s terms did not allow for resale.
On the day of the concert, Jordan tripped and fell, hitting her head and experiencing a concussion. Attending the concert was no longer an option. With the show starting in just hours, there was no practical way to recover the cost of the tickets.
Because experience protection was added at checkout, Jordan was able to submit a claim along with the required documentation. Under the policy terms, the coverage helped offset the cost of the unused tickets. Although the event was missed, the added protection meant Jordan could recoup her costs and start planning for the her next concert experience.

Medical Event Ruins Season for Ticket Holder
Noah was a long‑time season ticket holder for his favorite basketball team, a commitment he looked forward to every year. With seats purchased for the entire home-game schedule, the investment was significant, and the terms were clear: non-refundable and non-transferable once the season began.
Halfway through the season, Noah experienced an unexpected medical issue that required several weeks of recovery and follow‑up appointments. While he was relieved that the condition wasn’t serious, the timing meant he had to miss a large portion of the remaining games. This was almost half of his season ticket’s value.
Ordinarily, those missed games would have resulted in a total loss. But Noah had opted to add experience protection when purchasing his package. After submitting a claim for the unused portion of his season, the coverage reimbursed him under the applicable policy terms, which helped provide reimbursement for the cost of the games he was unable to attend.
